House Rules
- 🚭 No Smoking Inside
Smoking is strictly restricted to designated outdoor balcony or deck areas. A RM 200 fee applies for odors.
- 🔇 Quiet Hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
Please lower music volumes and vacate outdoor pool decks by 10:00 PM to respect neighbors.
- 🐾 No Pets Allowed
Pets are strictly prohibited inside the rooms or pool areas due to community bylaws.
- 🏊 Pool Safety
No glass bottles or glassware near the pool water. Children must be supervised by adults.
Frequently Asked Questions
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in requires package approval.
We use a smart-keypad lock. A temporary 4-digit code will be generated and sent via WhatsApp 2 hours before arrival.
Yes, high-speed fiber internet is provided free of charge. Access details are listed on the dining table board.
The kitchen is equipped with induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, frying pans, and standard plates/bowls.
